About
Hello! My name is Paige Palframan, a 22 Year old Animator and Illustrator originally hailing from sunny Portsmouth on the south coast of England, but now living, studying and working in Cambridge, UK.

Leaving school in 2018, I started a two year BTEC National Diploma in Art and Design - Of which I received a Distinction!
2020 Lockdown ended up postponing my hopes of University, So in order to keep my skills refined and sharp, I enrolled for a further year at my college. Graduating with a merit in a Level 4 Pre Degree course in Art and Design.
After receiving an unconditional offer to study at Anglia Ruskin University's Cambridge School of Art, I began my Bachelors Degree in September 2021. I then spent three years refining more intricate skills not covered in college, such as life drawing, digital animation, traditional animation, stop-motion puppetry and working with live clients. I have had the privilege to work with incredible companies - these include National Geographic, Bake Studios (Formerly Curveball Media), Stop the Hunger and Provide Healthcare.

My most recent live brief was completed in late 2023. After my personal pitch was chose, myself and four other people worked closely with Provide Healthcare in order to complete a 35 second max advert promoting their new app that allows teens from 16-22 to access non contact contraceptive deliveries as well as offer confidential advice.
As the director, I made sure everyone on my team was happy, informed and excited to work toward something important.

During my second year of University, I worked alongside a director as a lead animator for an Ident/Advertisement with Stop the Hunger, A UK based charity that works towards providing free hot meals to those less fortunate.
It was an honour to work for a charity of this significance, as someone who grew up as the majority of the less fortunate - it is an issue close to my own heart - something I am proud to be a part of.
